Enquiries and appointments
We use the contact details and enquiry information you provide to respond, arrange a consultation and administer appointments. We process information needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform our agreement with you. Our legitimate interests also include handling general questions, maintaining service records and protecting our website against misuse.
Please do not include medical or health information in general website forms. We discuss suitability privately during your consultation. Information needed for treatment is handled separately from website marketing and measurement. We will explain the applicable basis and additional safeguards when collecting health information. A general enquiry does not give permission to use health information for advertising.
Optional email and text marketing
Marketing permission is optional and separate for email and text messages. It does not affect your ability to enquire, book or receive treatment. We do not treat an enquiry, booking or cookie choice as marketing consent. Where offered, choices are unticked by default. We keep evidence of the channel, choice, wording/version, source and time.
You may withdraw either permission at any time by emailing info@thelasersuite.co.uk. Tell us which channel you want to stop. Marketing messages must also provide an appropriate unsubscribe or opt-out route. Withdrawal does not affect processing before withdrawal. Essential enquiry and appointment replies are separate from marketing.
Cookies and measurement
Necessary technologies operate and protect our services. Optional analytics and advertising measurement depend on your cookie choices. They can use browser/device information, page visits, advertising identifiers and non-identifying event references. Change or withdraw your choice through the site’s cookie settings. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from contacting us.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and enquiry or treatment messages must not be included in analytics events. A submitted enquiry and an attributed advertising conversion are different records; advertising reports depend on consent and available attribution information.
Providers and recipients
Providers supporting website hosting, forms and email delivery, booking, telephone handling, technology support and measurement may handle relevant information. Current systems include hosting.com/A2 Hosting, Brevo, Google services, Acuity Scheduling, Twilio and Sophiie.ai where used in your journey. Clinic Grower supports website and marketing operations, including authorised enquiry-delivery monitoring. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary for professional advice or legal claims.
Some providers operate internationally, so overseas processing may be involved. Contact us for the locations and transfer safeguards applicable to your information. External booking and communication providers also provide their own privacy information.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable obligations. We review enquiries that do not become clients after 12 months and delete or anonymise them unless a documented legal or operational reason requires longer retention. Limited suppression records may be retained to honour marketing opt-outs.
We keep client and treatment records for as long as required to provide care, meet our legal, insurance and professional obligations, establish or defend legal claims, and then securely delete or anonymise them when no longer required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions; we may need to verify your identity.

Enquiry source information
When you submit an enquiry, we record its date, form and page, together with available referral and campaign information, to understand how people find the clinic. If you allow analytics, we use first-party browser storage to retain entry and campaign information between visits, with a 30-day inactivity limit. This storage is removed when analytics consent is withdrawn. Without analytics consent, we do not retain this journey in your browser; available information from the current submission and any optional answer you provide may still accompany your enquiry. Your optional answer about how you heard about us is kept separate from automated source information.
